Indonesia Constitution Court Decision No 27/PUU-IX/2011 with MOM letter complimentary No B.31/PHIJSK/I/2012 letter regarding Indonesia Labor Outsourcing against Act No 13 Year 2003

Early in Year 2012 , Indonesia Constitution Court have decided that some sections in Act 13 Year 2003 especially in Outsourcing regulation need to be reviewed and obsoleted.The subject become National issues in term of labor practices in major company in Indonesia.You can download them in labor regulation update in my blog.

I am focusing to give lecture in Occupational Health and Safety in many seminars , in house training , training centre.For instant example , PT.Petrotech Batam was committed to setup a good safety committe , I was a lecturing OSH Regulation in Indonesia.Currently ,  I am a lecturer in STIKES Ibnu Sina Batam , IKBAL-M-Yos and II-NDT for Safety regulation for NDT Inspector Training Course.

   

Inspection an equipment for comply with local regulation both visual inspection and tested it according OSH standard ( Picture : Crane Static Load Test).Tested various demand with equipment type and possible hazard might happen.

MOM of Riau Islands Province had release official letter regarding Batam Minimum Wages Year 2010 status.The point is advice all companies which located in Batam City to follow minimum wages year 2010 although it's still under administration court justice process.
